Introduction

Neet Invoicing (“we”, “our”, or “the app”) is a web application built on Google Apps Script that provides invoicing functionality including invoice creation, time billing, contact management, payment tracking, and PDF generation.

This Privacy Policy covers both Neet Invoicing and Neet Accounting (our Google Sheets add-on). Both products are operated by A.C.N. 673 332 244 PTY LTD.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our products.

Information We Access

When you use Neet Invoicing, the app accesses:

Google Sheets Data

What we access: Data within the Google Spreadsheet that the app creates in your Google Drive, including your contacts, invoices, time entries, payment records, and business settings.
Why we need it: To provide invoicing functionality such as creating invoices, recording payments, tracking time entries, generating PDF invoices, and managing your business data.
How it’s used: All data processing happens within your own Google Spreadsheet. We do not copy, transmit, or store your spreadsheet data on external servers.

Google Drive Access

What we access: The ability to create and manage files in your Google Drive, including the spreadsheet that stores your data and PDF invoices that are generated.
Why we need it: To create the spreadsheet that stores your invoicing data and to generate PDF invoices.

Email Access

What we access: The ability to send emails on your behalf.
Why we need it: To send invoices directly to your clients via email when you choose to use this feature.

User Interface Access

What we access: The ability to display the web application interface.
Why we need it: To provide the user interface for creating invoices, managing contacts, tracking time, and recording payments.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to collect anonymous usage data to help us improve the app. This includes:

Pages viewed within the app
Features used (e.g. invoice created, contact saved)
General usage patterns

We do not track the content of your invoices, contact details, or any financial data through analytics. Analytics data is aggregated and anonymous.

Information We DO NOT Collect

We do not collect or store your financial data on external servers
We do not share your data with third parties (other than Google Analytics for anonymous usage data)
We do not use your data for advertising
We do not access spreadsheets or Drive files other than those the app creates
We do not read the content of emails sent through the app

Data Storage

All your invoicing data remains in your own Google Spreadsheet in your Google Drive. Neet Invoicing does not have external databases. Your business data never leaves your Google account.

Payment Processing

If you subscribe to Neet Invoicing Pro, payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card details. Stripe’s privacy policy governs the handling of your payment information.

Data Security

Your data is protected by:

Google’s security infrastructure
Your Google account authentication
Google Drive’s built-in access controls

We recommend:

Using strong passwords for your Google account
Enabling two-factor authentication
Reviewing who has access to your spreadsheets

Your Rights

You can:

Stop using the app at any time
Delete your data by deleting the spreadsheet in your Google Drive
Revoke access through your Google Account settings (Security → Third-party apps)

Data Deletion

To remove all data associated with Neet Invoicing:

Delete the Google Sheet created by the app from your Google Drive
Revoke access at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions

Children’s Privacy

Neet Invoicing is not intended for use by children under 13 years of age.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by the “Last Updated” date at the top of this policy.
